Social Media Management and Marketing Features
This allows you the ability to schedule and post engaging content to some or all of your social media accounts at one time, from your platform dashboard. You have the ability to post custom content (including deals, sweepstakes and specials) or industry-specific content with RSS connection capabilities. This feature has a very powerful search engine that provides you the ability to easily look up a category and see what articles or content is available for posting. Specific categories or industry specific publications can easily be added to the list of available options. You are able to access the RSS connections from any publication in order to pull content and post it to your accounts. You can set up your own library of content and publications from where to obtain content, along with associated RSS connections. This feature also provides a snapshot tool that allows you to quickly and easily see the reaction you are getting to your posts from any of your accounts. For example, if you published a post to Facebook, the snapshot tool will allow you to see by page and by post how many people visited your page and/or viewed the post, how many people liked the post, etc.
This is a very powerful and time saving feature. Once you’ve decided on content to be published, you can schedule specific content, deals, sweepstakes and specials to post any time. You can also schedule anything to be repeated month by month. It is easy to schedule content from a specific publication or for a specific subject from the feeds you set up to automatically post on given days of the week or month. We provide you a planning calendar for every 30-day period. This allows you to easily plan on a month-by-month basis or multi-month basis what you want posted to what accounts and when. It is easy to post every day to all of your accounts without the tedious task of having to go into your account actively post every day. This keeps you engaged and builds your audience and customer base in a very efficient way. This feature saves a tremendous amount time.
This feature allows you to easily brand your content. Building a banner that appears with your chosen posts is a fast and cost-effective way to continue branding your business. You can also easily monetize your banner by selling ad space to affiliates. This feature allows you to include your logo and contact information on the banner. It also allows you to break the banner down into 1, 2, or 3 different ad space segments. These segments can display ad campaigns for yourself or affiliates who may want to advertise to your audience. You can also have your audience sign up through your banner for giveaways or information. This allows you to collect customer data that can be used for additional marketing. When customers sign up for items through the banner, the system captures email addresses and any other desired contact information of customers and sends them to a file for export and/or sends the information directly to your email marketing account, if you’ve connected it through our email integration feature.

You have the ability to determine start and end dates for any deal and an expiration date on any deal after it has been redeemed. You have the ability to include any image and banner as part of the deployment of the deal. Not only can a deal be posted to your social media accounts, but the platform also automatically generates a URL that can shared and included in emails or posted to your website. All deals are saved so they can be deployed again or modified at any time. You can also set the same deal to repeat on any date(s) and as many times as desired. When deals are claimed, the system captures email addresses and any other desired contact information of customers and sends them to a file for export and/or sends the information directly to your email marketing account, if you’ve connected it through our email integration feature.

SOCIAL ORDERING/SHOPPING CART
This feature is incredibly robust. Configuring your social ordering shopping cart is extremely easy and flexible. It allows a business to identify multiple locations from where a customer may order goods or services. The system produces a social ordering URL to which customers can be directed to start placing orders. With this capability, customers can order goods through your website or through your social media accounts, or even through third parties. A business can sell any product or service through this feature. This feature supports both physical and online only businesses. It provides the ability for allowing customers different delivery options, such as take out, delivery, in store pick up, shipping, etc. It also supports the ability to accept any currency and set your default country of business. Your customers can be directed to land on a specific default page of your online store. The feature allows a business to track inventory and receive inventory alerts. Additional capabilities include being able to create an extensive and very descriptive menu or product list. Pictures of items along with descriptions and inventory of each product can be added. The Social Ordering/Shopping Cart feature allows you to accept cash or use PayPal or Stripe to collect payments.
SOCIAL ANALYTICS AND REPORTING
This feature is also incredibly robust. It allows you to create analytic reports for all your social media connections as well all of your deals, sweepstakes and content banners. The feature provides a custom report capability, which allows you to mix and match the pieces of discreet data of particular interest. You can create multiple custom reports with different types of data in each report and save each custom report to be regenerated in the future to provide an updated view of each saved report. You can also create reports for specific social media connections as well as reports that focus specifically on your deals, sweepstakes and content banners. All reports can be saved, downloaded or emailed. The reports have a tremendous of amount of data in them. All data segments can be reordered deleted or even added to another report. There are multiple views of each data segment available as well. You can custom notes anywhere in reports as well as change formatting, etc.
EXTERNAL STOCK IMAGES
When you log into your business portal, you will see a tab called “External Stock Images”. This capability provides links to several different websites that provide stock images, videos, icons, and illustrations. These are great free resources that you can use when creating campaigns. This feature saves you time and money from having to pay someone to create them or you having to spend the time to create them yourself.
